You say that technically you’re a church; what’s that all about?
If you have any experience with the church world; we’re not much like that. We think, look and act differently; we’ve come up with different answers than the traditional church and probably have more questions than answers.

I’m liking what I see about homepdx already. So, if someone has some extra cash to throw at homepdx, is it a 501(c)(3)?

Jim
We are a 501c3. Right now we are under the canopy of The Bridge. We are in the process of digging up the cash to get our own separate non-profit. But ALL contributions are tax deductable.

I never knew we were a 501c3! Whatever that means I am glad it is nonprofit and I am glad I can be a part of it.

Tobiah,
We are a nonprofit in so many ways. We haven’t figured out how to get rich off the backs of the poor yet.

I have tears in my eyes as I read this. I so wish I had community like this for my family to be a part of. For now, our family can be a part of HomePDX, and help… even though we are here in AZ.
